Customer satisfaction is our main goal. We will work with you to resolve any issue related to your order. We will do anything in our power to make you a happy customer and maintain your loyalty, regardless of what the situation is. Every situation, return or exchange will be handled on individual basis. However, we do have certain rules and guidelines for returns and exchanges.
We provide free returns and exchange if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date no matter what the reason is. Please contact us to request return shipping labels to email@example.com . Please do not ship anything back without consulting with us first.
· Returns for refund are accepted only if you contact us and ship the item back within 30 days from the delivery date.
· Exchanges are accepted only if you contact us and ship the itemsback within 30 days from the delivery date.
· In case of a return, we provide a full refund
· We do not cover cost of packing. You must use the original packing materials of the delivered package or consult us before assuming that we will cover the cost of packing. There are free packing options with UPS and Fedex that are given to our accounts.
· The money back can be provided back to your credit card or paypal account. We can also give you credit towards future purchases upon request instead of a refund. We do not do refunds by bank transfers unless you used such transfer to pay. Usually the refund will be done via the same payment method that you originally used.
· You can exchange the goods for something else of the same value, if the this ware is more expensive, you must pay the price difference
· orders over $2000 per transaction , require a 15% restocking fee if returned for refund with no reason , Orders under $2000 are returned in full without restocking fees.
· If your itemarrived damaged, please contact us, we will send you a replacement free of charge and provide compensation gift. All packages by are insured for the declared value

In case if the package comes back undelivered due to the following reasons: Not being at home, refusing to pay import duties, refusing to do customs clearance or just refusing the shipment; you will be charged the shipping fees we paid to the delivery company and return shipping fees as well as any import duties imposed on us with this return. In case of a refund request, all these fees will be deducted . If you request repeated shipment after undelivered package, you will be charged repeat shipping fees that vary depending on the size of package and final destination.
If you send your goods back for purpose of refund, any import duties imposed on us will be deducted from the refund. all fees mentioned before being deducted will be backed up with invoices and bills from customs and shipping companies
Please remember that customer satisfaction is our main goal and we will do anything possible to make you a happy customer.
Import duties compensation
We do not cover import duties and taxes related to the import of the painting. Such taxes are the responsibility of the customer. However we do compensate you in a form of store credit for future orders. For Example, if you pay $30 import tax when you get the package, then next time you order from us you get $30 discount. to get the discount code , please email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of tax payment receipt attached.
